Ordering
We have tried to make ordering from this
site as simple as possible, but we have an extensive, complex and rapidly
changing product base. All line prices are the final total including UK carriage and VAT. Because of the diverse
nature of our market and the differing ordering profiles of large commercial
users and home users, each item states basic price, carriage charge (on larger items) and UK VAT. However, the price on the first line you see is always the price you pay with nothing to add. we can supply businesses and other corporate users a valid VAT invoice can be supplied upon request.
We accept major credit and debit cards including VISA,
MASTERCARD, SWITCH/MAESTRO, SOLO, American Express etc. via this site processed by RBS WorldPay. Other methods of payment by arrangement.
If you are ordering from outside the UK or Isle of Man but
within the EU, VAT is payable unless you are VAT registered in your country in
which case quote your VAT number and the tax will not be charged.
If you are ordering from the Channel Islands VAT is not
payable, normal carriage on small items but special rates on larger items/bulk
orders.
If you are ordering from the Rest of the World (i.e.
outside EU) VAT is not payable, but special carriage rates will apply - contact
us for details.

Order Cancellation
We can cancel an order only before it has been
despatched. Please login to your account to see the status of your
order.
Backorder policy
If we are unable to provide your product within the delivery
period specified, we will notify you by e-mail stating a date when the product
will be arriving at our warehouse and when despatch will take place.
Returns/Refunds Policy
If an item arrives and is damaged or defective then please
consult us for a returns reference.
Please note the following:
- All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please state full details of the defect/damage
- Enclose a copy of your original invoice, if you are
unable to do this, be sure to send your full name address and telephone
number.
- We are not able to dispatch a new order until the
original product is received. Should you need the goods urgently, then a
separate order can be placed, and a refund given on the returned item.
- Please ensure that the product is adequately wrapped,
to prevent damage during transit.
- No goods are to be
returned without a returns reference.
